Revisions to the Colorado State Implementation Plan, carbon monoxide NAAQS, United States Postal Service substitute clean-fuel vehicle program, as allowed under section 182(c)(4)(B) of the Clean Air Act, to address the requirements of section 246 of the Clean Air Act for the Denver Metropolitan carbon monoxide nonattainment area. The revisions were adopted by the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission on March 16, 2000, State effective May 30, 2000, and submitted by the Governor on May 7, 2001. Administrative corrections to the Governor's May 7, 2001, submittal were submitted by the Colorado Attorney General's office on May 30, 2001. [66 FR 64758, Dec. 14, 2001]
